Chasity Clarke Arrested in Pelican Narrows in connection with the Death of 19-Year-Old Silvino Grenier in Sandy Bay Saskatchewan

Saskatchewan RCMP are investigating the suspicious death of an adult man in Sandy Bay.

Police were called to a residence in the community at approximately 4:35 a.m. on August 16, 2026, after receiving a report of an injured man. Officers responded and located 19-year-old Silvino Grenier, who was pronounced deceased at the scene by medical personnel.

The Saskatchewan RCMP’s Homicide Investigation Unit has taken over the case and is treating the death as suspicious.

Investigators believe a dark blue or black van or SUV may be connected to the incident. The vehicle may have a dent on the rim of its driver’s-side rear wheel.

Residents are asked to watch for a vehicle matching this description, particularly if it was seen in the Sandy Bay area during the early morning hours of August 16. Police warn that the vehicle should not be approached, as its occupants may be armed and are considered dangerous.

Update August 21st 2026: Saskatchewan RCMP are asking the public to come forward with information that could help locate 23-year-old Chasity Charolette Rose Clarke, who is wanted on a manslaughter warrant.

Clarke is described as approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 154 pounds. She has brown eyes, black hair and wears prescription glasses.

Police say Clarke is known to travel in the areas of Southend, Pelican Narrows, Sandy Bay and Prince Albert.

The Saskatchewan RCMP Homicide Investigation Unit continues to investigate the death, with assistance from the RCMP Warrant Enforcement and Suppression Team.

Update: Pelican Narrows RCMP arrested Chasity Charolette Rose Clarke on August 21, 2026 in Pelican Narrows. Court appearance details are pending.
