Surrey, British Columbia 2026 Homicide Victim List

Surrey Police Service were dispatched to a residence near 91 Avenue and 125 Street just before 5 a.m., on January 24th.

When officers arrived, they located two men with what appeared to be gunshot injuries. One of the men was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Police were joined by firefighters and paramedics, who provided emergency care to the victims.

The investigation has since been handed over to the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team. In an update Saturday afternoon, IHIT said the shooting is believed to have been a targeted incident that took place inside the home.
