Emergency crews were called to the report of a disturbance involving several people in Lac-Simon on August 31st at approximately 12:30am.

Quebec Provincial police said a man in his 20’s was located who was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.

Police believe the man is the victim of a homicide. The investigation is ongoing.
