On January 6, the East Algoma OPP responded to a report about a deceased individual found near P Line Road in Jocelyn Township.

On arrival, police located the man who was later identified as 52-year-old Corey Hynes of Sudbury. Police have not released the cause of death.

Derrick Sutton, 49, was arrested on January 22nd, and charged with accessory after the fact to murder and indignity to a dead body.
