RCMP responded to the report of a deceased woman at a residence in Maskwacis on November 7th 12:30. Police arrived to find Corrine Lisa Saddleback, 51, deceased. The cause of death has not been released.

The victim’s son, Ashton Lloyd Saddleback, 34, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and is scheduled to appear in court on November 10th in Wetaskiwin.
