Campbellton police responded to a report of an man lying on the ground next to a home on Tingley Crescent, on July 27th at approximately 6:40am.

Police arrived at the scene to find the body of 38-year-old Serge Chamberlain of Campbellton. The cause of death has not been released at this time.

At approximately 7:50 am, police located Ronald Savoy in the parking lot of Sugarloaf Senior High School. Savoy was arrested and charged with second degree murder.
