Regina police responded to report of a man lying on the sidewalk in front of the Oasis Church on 7th Avenue, on May 18th at approximately 12:00am.
Police and paramedic’s arrived to find 21-year-old Isaiah Terrel Akachuk, suffering from serious injuries. Akachuck was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.
