London police responded to report of an unresponsive man on Connaught Avenue, May 13th at approximately 4:40pm.

Police and paramedics arrived to find Issara Norindr, 55, deceased with signs of trauma. Autopsy revealed the cause of death to be stab wounds. Samnang Kong, 38, of London, is charged with second degree murder.

Police said the victim and the accused were known to each other.
