RCMP investigate a murder suicide of two men in Langham

Warman RCMP received a report of a person uttering threats on July 8th and while en route police officers received further reports of a shooting outside a residence on Kyle Street in Langham, Saskatchewan, and a house fire on the same street.

On arrival police located a 38-year-old male victim deceased outside one of the residences. Once the fire was extinguished a male was located by RCMP police officers deceased inside a residence at around 11:40 a.m. Investigators confirmed the deceased man inside the home was 46-year-old Justin Heimbecker of Langham, SK.

RCMP will not be releasing the name of the first deceased male as there will be no court process associated to this investigation. The victim has been identified as a 38-year-old male from Langham, SK. The victim and the accused were known to each other and were not related.
