Pukatawagan RCMP responded to a report that an 18-year-old male was transported to a nursing station where he was pronounced deceased, on June 8th at approximately 11:40pm.

An autopsy was conducted and determined the cause of death to be a homicide.

Nikosis Bighetty, 20, was arrested and charged with Manslaughter on October 25th in relation to the death. Police said the accused and the victim were known to each other.
