Prince Albert police declare the suspicious death of Natasha Ross a homicide

Prince Albert police responded to the report of a deceased female at a residence in the 2900 Block of 4th Avenue West on May 24th at approximately 6:00am.

Police arrived to find 29-year-old Natasha Ross deceased. An autopsy was completed later in the week and revealed the manner of death to be a homicide. Police have not released the cause of death, and said the Criminal Investigations Division of the Prince Albert Police Service continues to investigate.

Update July 12th
A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for the arrest of 33-year-old Corey Clarke. He is wanted for second degree murder in relation to the homicide of Natasha Ross. Clarke is described as being 5’9” tall and 200 pounds. Clarke is believed to be between Prince Albert and the La Ronge area.

Update July 17th
Corey Clarke was arrested by Baker Lake RCMP in Nunavut on July 15th and charged with second degree murder in connection with the death of 29-year-old Natasha Ross. He was remanded into custody following a bail hearing in Nunavut. 

Police said “Information from the public was instrumental in locating Corey Clarke. The Prince Albert Police Service would like to thank the public for their help in reporting his whereabouts to RCMP.”
