Parkland RCMP, Parkland RCMP General Investigation Section and Devon RCMP, responded to found human remains in the area of Highway 60 below the Devon bridge on November 3rd at 11:10am.

Police said the circumstances surrounding the found human remains are believed to be suspicious. An autopsy was performed however, the victims identity and cause of death have not been released.

The Alberta RCMP Major Crime Unit are asking for anyone who saw anything suspicious or has dash camera footage from driving on the bridge from the evening of Nov. 1, 2021, to the morning of Nov. 3, 2021, to please contact Parkland RCMP at 825-220-2000.
