The 2023 Mississauga Homicide Victim List is available here

Peer police responded to the report of a shooting I the area of Goreway and Morningstar drive on October 29th at approximately 12:05am.

On arrival police located a man suffering from serious injuries. He was pronounced at the scene.

Update November 2nd: The victim has been identified as 49-year-old Alton FISHER of Peterborough.

On November 10, 2023, police arrested 43-year-old Sane STEWART of Toronto. He has been charged with second-degree murder and held in custody to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
