 Southern Georgian Bay OPP and Emergency Medical Services responded to a residence on Galloway Boulevard on December 16th at approximately 10:20pm.

On arrival police located Christopher Forrester, 36, deceased outside of the residence. The cause of death has not been released.

Richard Patrick, 65, of Midland, has been charged with second degree murder. Police have not released the relationship between the victim and the accused.
