He admitted to driving Miller, knowing that his son intended to assault White.
Graci has been sentenced to time-served following the manslaughter plea.
Update:
According to The Hamilton Spectator, on September 27th 2024, Angelo Miller was found guilty of first-degree murder. He was sentenced to life in prison without parole eligibility for 25 years.
“Graci was originally charged with first-degree murder alongside his son. In March, the 62-year-old pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of manslaughter after admitting he drove his son to hunt for White that morning. The Crown and defence submitted a joint sentence of five and a half years, but, following credit for time in jail during COVID and enhanced credit for pretrial custody, Graci ultimately served just one day before being released.”
