Police investigate double fatal stabbing in Kingston

Kingston police responded to multiple 911 calls regarding a possible stabbing in the 100 block of Pine Street in downtown Kingston on December 12th.

Police and paramedics arrived to a rooming house where three individuals were located with injuries. Police said they located a 39-year-old woman, and a 59-year-old man with vital signs absent and suffering from stab wounds. The man was pronounced deceased at the scene. The woman was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries where she was pronounced deceased. A 47-year old male was also transported to Kingston General Hospital and treated for minor injuries and released.

The identities of the victim’s is being withheld pending next of kin notification.
