Mario Ibrahim shot to death in front of a condominium in Mississauga

Peel police responded to report of a shooting in front of a condominium building located on Webb Drive in the City of Mississauga on October 22nd at approximately 11:50pm.

Police and emergency crews arrived to find 26-year-old Mario Ibrahim of Stoufville suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving efforts, Ibrahim died from his injuries.

According to polive the investigation has revealed that Ibrahim was seated in a vehicle when the suspect walked up to the vehicle and fired several bullets towards him. The suspect then fled the area on foot. 

There is no suspect information available at this time, Anyone with information is asked to call investigators from the Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau at 905-453–2121, extension 3205.

Update
December 4, 2019, Brandon Drakes-Simon, a 24-year-old man from Mississauga, was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder. Melnee Christian, a 24-year-old woman from Mississauga, was arrested in Calgary for First Degree Murder and was later returned to Ontario.

Monday, December 30, 2019, Jason Williams, a 38-year-old man from Brampton, was arrested and charged with the First Degree Murder of Mario Ibrahim. 

Update July 23
On Wednesday, July 22, 2020, Devon Mark was arrested and charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder. He was held for a bail hearing and attended the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on July 22, 2020.  

Update
In March 2020, warrants of arrest were issued for Jason Williams and Justin Malcolm regarding additional charges into these incidents, and on November 10, 2020, investigators executed these warrants, and Jason Williams was charged with Attempt Murder for a highway shooting that happened days before the murder. Justin Malcolm, a 34-year-old man from Brampton, was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder.
