The 2023 Nova Scotia Homicide Victim List is available here

Lunenburg District RCMP responded to a report of human remains being located in Parkdale on July 26, 2023, at approximately 2:45 p.m.

Investigators have now determined that the remains are those of a man and the death has been ruled a homicide. His identity had not been released at this time.

The investigation is being led by the Southwest Nova RCMP Major Crime Unit and is being supported by the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner’s Office, RCMP Forensic Identification Services and Lunenburg District RCMP.

On August 24th Arthur Adbul Mosher, 40, of Blockhouse was safely arrested in Gold River, Lunenburg County. Mosher will be held in custody overnight and will appear in Bridgewater Provincial Court on August 25th.
