Winnipeg Police Service received a missing person report regarding a long-distance truck driver from British Columbia, believed to be in Winnipeg on December 23rd.

On December 26, police located an abandoned truck that belonged to the missing man 34-year-old male, Farah MOHAMUD of Delta, B.C, in the West Broadway neighbourhood. Upon further investigation, he was discovered deceased at an apartment in the first 100 block of Furby Street.
