Kingston Police responded to a welfare check in the 200 block of Bath Road on May 12th at approximately 3:30am.

Police arrived at the home to find Ryan VILLENEUVE, 41, deceased in his home. Kingston police said as a result of an extensive investigation, 40-year-old Laura Judge of Kingston has been arrested and charged with the murder of Ryan Villeneuve.

According to Kingston police Judge was involved in a separate incident on May 13, 2021 that occurred in an apartment on Cassidy Street in Kingston. The incident resulted in Judge stabbing a male victim before fleeing from the residence. After being located a short time later by police she was subsequently arrested and charged with aggravated assault in relation to that attack.
