Kelowna were called to the intersection of Gordon Drive and Harvey Avenue at 8:45 p.m on April 25th on the report of a stabbing.

On arrival police located a 38-year-old man suffering from stab wounds. He was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries. A 28-year-old man was also injured in the attack. He received a minor injury and was taken to hospital and has since been released.

A 22-year-old man has been arrested.

Cpl. Tammy Lobb said the victim and accused were not known to eachother. “We are asking anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have dash-cam footage, to come forward and call the Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300”.
