Windsor police responded to a residence located in the 600 block of Moy Avenue for a report of a deceased person on August 9th at approximately 10:45am. 

Police arrived at the scene to find a woman deceased in a suspicious manner. An autopsy was performed and revealed the death to be a homicide. The cause of death and the woman’s identity have not been released at this time.

On August 12th police arrested Jonathon Dasilva, and charged him with murder. Police believe the victim and the accused were known to each other.
