The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team along with Burnaby RCMP said a man in his 20’s was shot and killed at a Chevron gas station at Willingdon Ave & Canada Way on January 19th at approximately 6:30pm.

It has been reported that the victim was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The victim has been identified as Julian Johnson, 28. The IHIT said the death was a targeted incident that is linked to the ongoing Lower Mainland gang conflict.
