Hamilton police responded to report of a disturbance , that took place in the driveway of 3063 Binbrook Road early morning on July 26th.
Police and paramedics arrived to find 20-year-old Brock Beck suffering from stab wound injuries and a 16-year-old with minor injuries. The pair were rushed to hospital where Beck died from his injuries. The 16-year-old was released a short time later.
Police said “The suspects in the attack are believed to have been driving a vehicle closely behind Beck’s vehicle. The suspect vehicle can only be described as a four-door sedan at this time.”
Police are urging anyone with security video or camera images of the incident that police believed happened between 1:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. on July 26th are asked to contact Detective David Brewster at 905-546-4067.
Update July 28th
Hamilton police have released a video of the suspect’s white sedan. Police believe this incident may have been fuelled by road rage at the intersection of Binbrook Rd. and Hwy #56 in the center of the town of Binbrook. Police said the altercation with the suspect vehicle and Brock’s vehicle was reported to have occurred just prior to the fight at 3063 Binbrook Rd. The suspects have been described as:
Suspect 1 – Male with darker skin, with a perm style haircut and possibly a muscular build.
Suspect 2 – Male white, longer hair that has been pushed back.
