Gino Langevin was charged with first-degree murder Wednesday July 22, the day after witnesses say Gail Fawcett was “stabbed by a naked man” in broad daylight in Ottawa Ontario.
Fawcett was rushed to hospital but later died from her injuries.
The attack started inside the home and ended on the street. The first-responding paramedic, witnessed the stabbing, kicked the knife away from the suspect and called for police.
