The Quebec 2020 Homicide Victim List is available here

Dunham police are investigating the death of two people found in their home on February 18th.

On arrival police located Patrizia Rao, 59, and Frédéric-Lynn Blair, 62 deceased. The cause of death has not been released by authorities. Spokeswoman Sgt. Marythé Bolduc says investigators believe the deaths were the result of a homicide followed by a suicide.

Police have not said who the homicide victim was.
