Devon Cory Butler charged with second degree murder in relation to the death of a woman in New Glasgow NS

New Glasgow Regional Police responded to a 911 call were police requested to attend a residence on the 400 block of Nelson Street on January 28th at 10:34am.

Police arrived to find a deceased 56-year-old woman inside the residence. The victim’s identity and cause of death has not been released.

25-year-old Devon Cory Butler was arrested at the scene and charged with one count of Second-Degree Murder.
