Oshawa Police said a physical altercation occurred between two elderly residents at Hillsdale Terraces on April 27th. The two men involved were 88 and 76 year’s old, and both had dementia

During the altecation the 88 year old man fell and broke his pelvis. The victim dies 2 weeks later in hospital from his injuries.

The death been deemed a homicide by the Coroner’s Office. The name’s on the victim and the accused will not be released.
