Prince Albert police responded to a call for assistance at a home on March 22nd at around 1:20am.  Police arrived at the 300 block of Ninth Street E to assist Parkland Ambulance paramedics with an unresponsive male.

Despite life saving efforts, Damian Ballantyne 34 died from his injuries.

Police arrested two people that were known to Ballantyne, however no charges have been laid.
