British Columbia 2026 Homicide Victim List

Creston RCMP are investigating a suspicious death after a man was found unresponsive in the early morning hours of July 23.

Police said officers responded to the area of Canyon Street and 12th Avenue shortly after 2 a.m., where they located a man who was later identified as Creston resident Larry John Isaac. Despite efforts, Isaac was pronounced dead at the scene.

Following an investigation, RCMP determined the death was suspicious and made an arrest later that same day.

Police have charged Parker Hills with one count of second-degree murder. Hills remains in custody while awaiting further court proceedings.
