RCMP were called to the hospital in High Level on Friday December 15th after hospital staff found suspicious injuries consistent with blunt force trauma on a patient, Jordan Laboucan 22.

Laboucan dies in hospital of his injuries on December 16th. Harley Auger, 30, was arrested on the South Tallcree First Nation, and charged with second degree murder in relation to the death of Jordan Laboucan.
