Vancouver Police were called to North Templeton Drive and Powell Street on the report of a stabbing on December 4th at approximately 5:30pm.

Police and paramedic located 19-year-old Thomas Simon of Burnaby, suffering from serious injuries.  He was treated at the scene and taken to hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Constable Tania Visintin, VPD said in a press release “This investigation is still in the very early stages, however, preliminary evidence suggests there were three people dressed in black with face masks who were seen by a witness fleeing the area.”
