Brampton Homicide #7 – 45-year-old Uber Driver found fatally shot behind a shopping plaza

Peel police responded to the report of a deceased man located behind a shopping plaza in the area of Brickyard Way and Quarry Edge Drive, in the City of Brampton. On arrival police located the 45-year-old victim who had been shot multiple times.

As a result of the investigation The Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau, along with the Toronto Police Service, located and arrested Carlton Brown, 23, in the area of Broadview Avenue and Browning Avenue, in the City of Toronto. Police said dring a search of his residence, officers located two firearms, one being a loaded .22 caliber rifle, believed to have been used in this incident.

According to Global News, Raiz Ahmed the 45-year-old victim was an Uber driver who was on the job when he was gunned down.
