Winnipeg police responded to the 1400 block of St. Matthews Avenue for a report of an assault on august 9th at approximately 1:18am.
Police and paramedics arrived to find Anthony Evaristo Gonzales, 30, suffering from serious injuries. Gonzales was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.
