The body of Ahmed Farah, 25, was found by a member of the St. Albert RCMP detachment on routine patrol on the side of Range Road 251 on November 25th.

Police said that Farah was released from the Edmonton Remand Centre at approximately 12:50am on November 25th. His body was found at 2:40am. The Remand Centre is approximately 2 km from where Farah’s body was found.

The death of Ahmed Farah has been confirmed to be homicide, police are not releasing cause of death at this time.
