Saskatoon police responded to a disturbance call in the 700 block of Weldon Ave on June 23rd at approximately 1:25 a.m.

On arrival, police located a 53-year-old woman deceased. Her identity and cause of death have not been released.

A 32-year-old male was arrested at the scene and charged with second-degree murder. Police have not released the relationship between the victim and the accused.
