Saskatoon police responded to a call of an injured person in the Fire Creek Gas and Grill parking lot on the 1600 block of 20th Street West on December 2nd at approximately 4:20 pm.

Upon arrival, officers located 36-year-old Warren Robert Pegg who had succumbed to a serious injury.

Investigators said responding patrol members were quickly able to determine the suspect’s description. 23-year-old Eugene Noah Caisse was located nearby a short time later and has been charged with 2nd-degree murder, along with two breach of probation charges and one breach of undertaking. He will appear before a Justice of the Peace tomorrow morning.
