London police and emergency crews responded to a 911 report of a shooting at an apartment building located at 580 Dundas Street on April 14th at approximately 5:30pm.
Police and paramedics arrived to find Owen Nicholas Serieska, 16, of London suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased shortly after according to police.
Jesse Joseph Winstanley, 19, of London, has been arrested and charged with manslaughter.
