Police were called to an apartment building on March 4th at around 10 am and found the body of Desiere Maye Herbert Johnston 14, inside. The cause of death has not been released at this time.

An autopsy on the victim is set to be conducted in Edmonton the week of March 6th.

Tyrell James Perron 21 has been charged with first degree murder, causing an indignity to human remains and possession of a prohibited firearm.
