Windsor police responded to a report of a fight in the area of Seminole Street and Tourangeau Road on September 23rd just after midnight.
Police arrived to find a crowd gathered around an adult male laying on the ground. according to reports, the victim was found semi-conscious, suffering from serious injuries. He was rushed to the hospital where he died from his injuries on September 27th. The identity of the victim has not been released by Windsor police, however, the Windsor Star has identified the deceased as Thomas “T.J.” McIntyre, 38.
Ryan Taylor, 31, of Windsor, has since been charged with one count of Second Degree Murder.
