Vladimir Shevalev, 81, believed to have died of natural causes in his Coal Harbour home on Mar. 1, 2015,  but some concerns led police to an investigation.

19 Alexander Konstanovich Shevalev the son of Vladimir was arrested and charged with manslaughter on June 10.
