Update 8 charged in the 2017 death of Shane Thomas

Mississauga police were called to the area of Hurontario Street and Central Parkway East on March 1st on report of a shooting just before 10pm.

Police found said Shane Thomas, 28,  on the sidewalk next to a bus stop. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Update February 5th 2018

After a lengthy investigation, police have made several arrests.

  1. Victor BROOKS, 23, charged with 1st Degree Murder.
  1. Shantel MANBAUMAN, 24, charged with, 1st Degree Murder. 
  1. Sarah JIMENEZ, 48, charged as an Accessory After the Fact.
  1. Kyesha BROOKS, 26, charged as an Accessory After the Fact.
  1. Roger BROOKS Sr., 49, charges as an Accessory After the Fact.
  1. Roger BROOKS Jr., 24, charged as an Accessory After the Fact, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Domestic Assault and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (2 counts).
  1. Sarah PARSONS, 25, charged as an Accessory After the Fact, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (2 counts).
  1. Jermoll BAIN, 25, charged as an Accessory After the Fact, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Domestic Assault and Breach of Recognizance.
