Police were called to the scene of the shooting December 15th in Humber Heights.  On arrival they found Tyrone Tulloch, who was shot multiple times in what police say was a targeted shooting.

Police and paramedics administered first aid, but Tulloch succumbed to his injuries.

 A black car was seen speeding away moments after the shots.
