Quebec 2026 Homicide Victim List

Kitigan Zibi police were called to a home on February 11th at approximately 2:05am where they located a 10-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy, who were shot by their father, who then took his own life.

Kitigan Zibi Chief Jean-Guy Whiteduck identified the father as 41-year-old Randy Tolley.

According to Sûreté du Québec, the man was pronounced dead at the scene and the children were rushed to hospital where they died of their injuries.
