Toronto police were called to 235 Queen Street East on July 31st at approximately 11:17 pm, on report of a shooting.
Emergency services personnel arrived to find 4 injured people at the scene. The victims were rushed to hospital where three received treatment for non life threatening injuries. The fourth victim, a 32 year old man was pronounced deceased at the hospital. His name will not be revealed until his next of kin is notified.
Police have released security footage in hopes of identifying the suspect.
