Toronto music journalist Zaher Noureddine killed in robbery

Toronto Police were called to the area of Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue in midtown Toronto on December 29th and found Zaher Noureddine 25,  injured outside a bar.

Noureddine was rushed to hospital where he died shortly after arrival.  The cause of death has not been released, however police have said they are not aware of any weapons being used.

“I believe it was a very brazen robbery,” homicide Det. Jeff Allington told reporters near the crime scene.  Police say they are looking for three suspects who were wearing dark coloured clothing, and fled the scene in a light coloured four door sedan.
