Toronto police said Toronto Community Housing  Special Constables were conducting a well-being check on December 22nd in the afternoon when they found Dalibor Dolic, 55, deceased in his apartment.

Homicide officers are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Dolic and are appealing to anyone who had contact with Dolic between Monday, December 16, 2019 and Sunday, December 22, 2019.

Update July 15th 2020
Toronto police arrested James Jerry Noseworthy, 52, of Kitchener, on July 15th and harged him with second degree murder in relation to the death of Dalibor Dolic.
