Toronto police responded to a call for a Shooting in the area of Clearview Heights and Trethewey Drive on October 7, 2024, at approximately 8:12 p.m.

Police located Marvin Baah, 26, at the rear of an apartment building suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to hospital by paramedics where he died of his injuries.
