The 2023 Toronto Homicide Victim List is available here

On Monday, November 6, 2023, at approximately 12:40 p.m., police were called to the area of Kingston Road/Galloway Road area for a shooting.

Police arrived to find Mark Riley, 24, of Toronto, inside an apartment building with apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Police located a second man also in the apartment building with apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
