Update Rodrigo Flores Romero found guilty of Manslaughter – Toronto Homicide #16, 2021 – Death of 2-year-old Wynonna Noganosh in the city’s west end declared a homicide

Toronto police responded to a sudden death at a hospital in the city’s west end on March 19th.

It has been reported that a 2-year-old girl was brought to the hospital in medical distress where she succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased. Investigations revealed the cause of death to be blunt force trauma.

A jury found 30-year-old Rodrigo Flores Romero on Friday, not guilty of second-degree murder in the death of Wynonna Noganosh, however, he has been found guilty of Manslaughter. Wynonna Noganosh was Flores-Romero’s fiancé’s daughter.
